What impact will the conversion have on my loan terms?
There will be no change to the terms of your original loan contract. Santander Consumer USA will service your loan and provides many options that offer convenience to you. Your account will retain the same due date that you had when it was serviced by Triad.

Will I receive a new account number?
Yes, you will receive a new account number as part of the conversion. Your new account number will be mailed to you. If you have not received correspondence from us by mail, please call us at 888.222.4227.

Will the due date of my monthly payment change?
No. Your account will retain the same due date that you had when it was serviced by Triad.

How can I make my regular monthly payment?
If you currently make your payment via automatic payment, your monthly payment deduction will continue without interruption. If you currently pay via mail, Santander Consumer USA will mail you a new monthly statement, along with instructions for mailing your payment.

How can I make an expedited payment?
Expedited payments can be made via telephone, online via our customer service portal, MoneyGram or Western Union. Our Web site provides details about expedited payments (and associated fees).

I just sent a payment and it is in transit to Triad. Is there anything I need to do?
Your payment will be credited to your account without interruption. Triad and Santander Consumer USA are working together to process all payments made during the transition.

Make Your Payment
Santander Consumer USA ("SCUSA") will mail you a monthly statement, along with instructions for mailing your payment.
If you currently make your payment via automatic payment, your monthly deduction will continue without interruption.
In addition, Santander Consumer offers a variety of payment options for making your monthly payment, including: Pay Online, Pay by Phone, Auto Pay (ACH), Pay by Mail (regular or overnight mail), Western Union and MoneyGram. The SCUSA City Code for Western Union is "PITSTOP," with State Code "TX." Our MoneyGram Receive Code is
"1544."
You may register with our secure Account Management Portal and service your account online. You will need a valid e-mail address, your Social Security number and your birthdate to enroll.
