TriPay2 Recurring Payment Plan Terms and Conditions
- I authorize Triad Financial Corporation or its authorized representatives and service providers to initiate transfers from my designated account to make monthly payments on my auto loan.
- I understand that an email confirmation will be sent each time a payment is posted to my Triad Financial account. Payment transactions will be presented to my bank within 1-2 business days.
- I have the ability to change my TriPay2 payment schedule online and my next scheduled payment prior to 6 p.m. Central Time on the scheduled payment date. Funds will be drawn from my bank account on or after my scheduled payment date and posted to my Triad Financial account the following business day.
- I understand any payment scheduled for a date that falls on a holiday will be posted to my Triad Financial account the following business day.
- I understand that I must provide and maintain a valid email address to which account information may be sent. An invalid email may result in cancellation of my TriPay2 enrollment. It is my responsibility to update TriPay2 should my email address change.
- I understand it is my responsibility to update TriPay2 if my payment schedule changes.
- I understand that eligibility for the TriPay2 Recurring Payment Plan is based upon keeping my account current and in good standing.
- I understand that enrollment in TriPay2 may be revoked for negative returns from my bank or an invalid email address.
- I understand that Triad Financial reserves the right to discontinue, change or cancel the TriPay2 and will provide notification 30 days in advance of any such change.
- I understand that this Authorization and TriPay2 services in no way alter or lessen my obligation under my existing loan agreement or contract, including those provisions regarding the amount of monthly payments, when payments are due, the application of payments, assessment of late charges or the determination of delinquencies. Therefore, I must maintain sufficient funds in my account for collection of my monthly payment.
- I understand that Triad Financial Corporation reserves the right to charge a fee for any payment returned by my bank. Any such fee will be added to my loan balance.
